Audi number for this year nowostek technology to be implemented this year. Most of them – what we can indeed predict – will be targeted at lower fuel consumption, and ecology. These include the start-stop system (which is no longer a novelty) and energy recovery system.

We all probably already heard about the system start-stop. It disables the engine when the car stops when I throw, "the backlash" and puścimy clutch pedal. When the clutch is pressed again, the engine automatically starts up. The system reportedly reduces fuel consumption by 0.2 l/100 km and carbon dioxide emissions by about 5 g / km. It's something. For the first time you use it in an Audi A3 1.4 TFSI with manual transmission and in the A4 and A5 with a 2-liter engines, but not only.

Kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) converts energy from braking into electricity. That preserved the use of acceleration, saving fuel. It is already standard on the A3 1.4 TFSI, A4 and A5 coupe, the A5 Cabrio, A6, Q5 and Q7.

These technologies are now probably all known, however, have increased the economy and the ecology of the current models by 20 percent compared to 2007.
